The thing I love the most is seeing the transformation that guests go through from the day they arrive, to the day they leave. The bonds people make on a retreat are equivalent to a 10 year friendship. The guests share such a meaningful and fulfilling experience, with memories that last a lifetime. There is no other break away quite like it. Retreats are soul-filling experiences and if you haven’t been on one yet, I strongly recommend you join one - you will not regret it!

This was one of my favourite weeks ever and I will remember so many special moments for a long, long time. Lisa and Mirella make an awesome team - talented, inspiring, caring, knowledgeable, honest and so much fun.
As retreats go, this week was perfectly balanced for me. The right amount of activity so I felt than I had moved and exercised everyday; new experiences to stretch and challenge my brain/mind; an amazing location and villa - I loved being able to see the ocean; and some amazing spiritual experiences. You get out what you put in, so engage with everything with an open mind!
I had many favourite moments - new workouts, a beautiful hike, fabulous treatments, thought provoking talks, a fabulous group of strong and inspirational women. Forever in my mind and a story told many times over is a guest speaker introducing herself as “one of the witches in Ibiza”! Spoken so confidently and with no hint of irony - the coolest introduction ever and a fabulous crystal discovery workshop. I will never forget this and have subsequently embarked on my own “witch-path”!!!

There are other optional extras that you can choose from including SUP (Stand Up Paddle), Paddel (similar to tennis), massages, and other world class treatments.
The property is located on the east side of the island and you are less than a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach, 5 minute drive to Santa Eulalia and a 10 minute drive to Ibiza town.
Your room is separate from the main house with its own ensuite bathroom. This is your own personal space to which you can retire at any time, to completely switch off. Oh, and worth mentioning: having a mid afternoon siesta is completely acceptable in Ibiza.
